All Purpose Cleaner � see enviroClean Vigor: The name Vigor was chosen as it reflects the energy this product exudes when used in accordance to directions on the label.  Vigor cleans most surfaces, the only surface not recommended for cleaning with Vigor is rubber. Dilute according to the label and add enviroClean Disinfectant if required. Do not add enviroClean Disinfectant if washing windows, glass or mirrors (a residue is left and does cause �streaking�)

Appetite Control Button: A pin on plastic disc (about the size of a 50 cent coin) impregnated with essential oils. Pin on to clothing within 30 cms of your nose.  This button is designed to send messages to the brain to say you are not hungry.   For best results use after meals. The ideal use for the Appetite Control Button is to stop snacking between or after meals. The Appetite Control Button can assist in weight loss if used with a proper diet. It is not meant to be used in place of meals.  The essential oils are Indonesian peppermint and Brazilian menthol. 

Aromatherapy: Add essential oils to enviroCare Sensitive Body & Hair Cleanser for an exclusive shampoo, shower or bath gel. To a 1 litre container add 20 drops. enviroCare unscented Day Facial Moisturiser has ingredients included that preserve your added essential oils. Add 5 to 10 drops to a 250 ml container, stir well.

Barbecue enviroClean Oven & Barbecue Cleaner: No toxic chemicals. Wipe off excess soils, grease, food, etc with paper.  Spray enviroClean Oven & Barbecue Cleaner directly onto hot plate, leave for a minute, and use a scraper or scourer to clean surface. Rinse off.

Bathroom: Washing People. No Soap Those that have to clean the bathroom, try Judith�s tip!  Anyone using our bathroom that wants to use soap has to clean the bathroom after each use. There is no scum buildup when our products are used unlike soap usage due to fats and waxes used in soaps! We use enviroCare Body & Hair Cleanser and enviroCare Sensitive Body &

Hair Cleanser: to wash ourselves. If you like to have something to hold  (like a bar of soap) try putting a small amount of our products onto a natural sea sponge (unbleached) you will still get the suds without caustic or sodium lauryl sulfate! 

Bath & Shower: enviroClean Vigor pour 100 mls (about half a cup) into a 1 litre spray bottle, fill with water, spray directly onto shower screens, tiles, taps, basin, bath, leave for a while then wipe off with clean sponge. For shower curtains and mould affected surfaces add 100 mls of enviroClean Disinfectant to the spray bottle. Stubborn stains, make a paste of 1 tablespoon each of enviroClean Vigor, Dish Wash & Laundry Powder & Pre-soaker, brush onto stain, leave overnight and scrub off with brush or scourer.

Bench tops: enviroClean Vigor diluted into spray bottle, (1 capful in a 1 litre bottle) if concerned about bacteria add 1 capful of enviroClean Disinfectant to the bottle as well, spray onto surfaces, and wipe off.

Birds: Keep cages, floors, etc. clean and sanitised with enviroClean Disinfectant diluted into spray bottle (200mls in a 1 litre bottle).

Body Wash enviroCare Body & Hair Cleanser or enviroCare Sensitive Body & Hair Cleanser - use a loofah, flannel or sponge.

Bubble Bath: enviroCare Bubble Bath � Pour directly into running water, contains essential oils to moisturise and soothe skin.  Great for children and adults alike. No sodium lauryl sulfate. 

Bug Button: A pin on plastic disc (about the size of a 50 cent coin) impregnated with essential oils.  Pin on to hats, clothing, socks, sandals, table cloth.  Remove the pin for animal use. Safe on and in kennels. The Bug Button repels flying insects and was especially designed to repel mosquitoes. The button does not kill flying insects and you will find that insects will still be around, however, they repel and insects are usually about 40 to 60 cms away from the buttons. In plague mosquito areas use more than one button if required (eg; Hat and bottom of long pants)

Carpet Stains: enviroClean Vigor. Pour 300 mls (about a full mug) into a 1 litre spray bottle and fill with cool water. Spray directly onto stain and with a small brush eg; nail brush, work into carpet ensuring a criss cross and up and down pattern (do not rub in a circular motion). Pour 1 cup of cool water onto stain and soak up with towel (I stand on towel until all liquid is removed).

Carpet Cleaning: with machine enviroClean Vigor.  Use half to one capful in tank and if machine has a de-sudsing liquid be sure to add it.  Spot stains before using machine, as for stains. 

Cats enviroCare Pet Coat Wash & Conditioner.

Cat Urine: Strong solution of enviroClean Vigor.

Cattle: enviroCare Pet Coat Wash & Conditioner.

Chronic Fatigue: Consult a specialist practitioner. Practitioners recommend the enviro ranges.  Many sufferers continue to use enviro products with excellent results.

Clothes Moth Trap: Provide a warning that there are moths in the area where the trap is placed. 

Cupboards: enviroClean Vigor diluted as for floors.

D Top

Delicates: enviroCare Body & Hair Cleanser. 1 capful to a half sink of tepid water, hand wash, rinse thoroughly in clean cool water. Add a capful of enviroClean Fabric Conditioner to final rinse. Hang out of sunlight.

Dishes: enviroClean Dish Wash for washing dishes in the sink.  Use 5 ml dispensing pump (or 1 teaspoon) for regular washing up. 10mls for heavily soiled dishes.

Dishwasher Machine:  use 1 level teaspoon of enviroClean Dishwasher Powder. Brown vinegar replaces rinse aid. No toxic fumes.  

Dogs: Wash with enviroCare Pet Coat Wash & Conditioner or for animals with a sensitive skin and or fleas, use enviroCare Sensitive Skin & Flea Wash. Long haired animals wash with both products (use enviroCare Pet Coat Wash & Conditioner last).  No sodium lauryl sulfate, no salt, no toxic pesticides.

E Top

Eczema: Consult a specialist practitioner.  Practitioners recommend the enviroClean range and enviroCare Sensitive Body & Hair Cleanser to bathe and wash hair. To a one litre container add 1 to 2 tablespoons of cold pressed virgin olive oil. Do not use soap or shampoos with sodium lauryl sulfate.

EnviroCare  Personal Care suitable for families: The range includes: Body & Hair Cleanser, Sensitive Body & Hair Cleanser, Bubble Bath, Hair Conditioner & Treatment, Naturally Clean Teeth � Apple & Spearmint, enviroGlove, Moisturiser � Unscented & Lavender and Lice Shampoo.   The skin care range is currently being expanded. Brief product descriptions see page 19.

EnviroClean Household cleaning with safety:  The range includes: Laundry Powder & Pre-Soaker, Laundry Liquid, Fabric Conditioner, Vigor, Disinfectant, Dish Wash, Dishwasher Powder, Oven & Barbeque Cleaner and Fruit & Vege Wash.  

EnviroPet This range caters for 4-legged animals: Safe grooming. Pet Coat Wash & Conditioner and Sensitive Skin & Flea Wash.

Estrogen Dominance: Consult a specialist practitioner. Practitioners recommend the enviro ranges free from Xeno estrogens.

F Top

Fabric Softener: enviroClean Fabric Conditioner softens and conditions fabrics, removes static, cuts down on ironing.  Excellent for nappies and towels. Works well in hard water.

First Aid: Clean minor cuts, abrasions, scratches with enviroClean Disinfectant dabbed onto a cotton wool ball. If bathing area, dilute as per instructions on bottle.

Fleas: enviroCare Pet Sensitive & Allergy Wash. Repeat twice weekly for two weeks. Wash bedding.

Floors: Tiles  enviroClean Vigor. (2 caps to a half bucket of hot water). When our dog was small we added 1 capful of enviroClean Disinfectant or alternatively pour 100 mls, about half a cup into a 1 litre spray bottle and fill with water (spray on floor and mop off with clean mop). 

Floorboards: enviroClean Vigor. (1 cap to a full bucket of warm water). Use clean soft mop.

Fruit & Vegetables:  Wash pesticides, herbicides and waxes from fruit and vegetables before storing. Half fill sink, add a few drops of enviroClean Fruit & Vege Wash. With hands gently wash produce and dry on a paper towel or clean tea towel, store appropriately (preferably without plastic bags).

Grease/clothing: enviroClean Vigor applied full strength, rub gently then wash in warm water.                                       

Grease/Hand Protection: Before soiling hands apply enviroGlove to stop grease, soil and smell penetration in the workshop, garden and kitchen.

Hair Colours: We recommend Nazeer Organic Henna.

Hair Conditioner: After washing rinse thoroughly, apply enviroCare Hair Conditioner leave on for 1 minute, rinse off. Ingredients reflect health tonic for your hair. Suitable for all hair types.

Hair Treatment: Follow instructions on the label of enviroCare Hair Conditioner & Treatment, apply to clean hair, wrap hair in hot towel and leave on for 30 minutes. Henna treats and conditions damaged hair.

Hair Wash: enviroCare Body & Hair Cleanser and enviroCare Sensitive Body & Hair Cleanser replaces shampoo and soap. Safer to use than conventional shampoos as our products do not contain sodium lauryl sulfate.

Horses: see enviroPet.

I Top

Ironing: To cut down on ironing add enviroClean Fabric Conditioner to the final rinse cycle in the washing machine.  Reduces static, detangles fibres and conditions fabric. Shake clothing and hang on clothes hangers to dry.

K Top

Kitchen: enviroClean Dish Wash for washing dishes in the sink.  Use 5 ml dispensing pump (or 1 teaspoon) for regular washing up.10mls for heavily soiled dishes. Dishwasher machines: Use 1 level teaspoon of enviroClean Dishwasher Powder. Brown vinegar replaces rinse aid!  Spray enviroClean Oven & Barbecue Cleaner on oven walls, racks, griller, frying pans, baking dishes. enviroGlove applied before working will prevent onion smells, etc. soiling hands. Wash fruit & vegetables with enviroClean Fruit & Vege Wash before storing.

Laundry:

Lice (Head): enviroCare Lice shampoo is free of the toxic chemicals used in some lice control products. Use as directed on the bottle.  Contains safer ingredients to eradicate lice and leave hair manageable.  Must wash hair twice a week for two weeks to ensure the cycle is broken. After washing, apply enviroCare Hair Conditioner.

Lingerie:   enviroCare Body & Hair Cleanser. 1 cap to a sink of tepid water, hand wash, rinse thoroughly in clean cool water.  Add a cap of enviroClean Fabric Conditioner to final rinse. Hang out of sunlight.                                                                 

Linoleum: see floors as for Tiles.

Mopping floors:  see floors.

Moisturiser: enviroCare Day Facial Moisturiser available in unscented and lavender.... No petrochemicals, naturally suitable for all skin types. Use on face, hands and body wherever skin needs moisturising. Unscented can be used as a base for adding your own aromatherapy essential oils.

Nappies: enviroClean Laundry Powder & Presoaker. 1 tablespoon to large bucket or in washing machine, add 1 cap of enviroClean Disinfectant and soak overnight.  Wash the next day in machine (no need to add any further product), be sure to use enviroClean Fabric Conditioner in final rinse.

 Oil On Driveway: Spray with enviroClean Oven & Barbecue Cleaner, brush with broom, hose off.

Oven: Use enviroClean Oven & Barbecue Cleaner on oven walls, racks, griller and baking dishes. Spray directly onto surfaces, leave a short while, wipe clean with warm sponge rinsed in clean water.

P Top

Pets: enviroCare Pet Coat & Hair Wash has a detangling agent suitable for longhaired animals.  enviroCare Pet Sensitive and Allergy Wash is suitable for all animals affected by fleas, mites and irritated skin such as eczema, allergy conditions and sensitive skin.

Psoriasis: Consult a specialist practitioner. Practitioners recommend the enviroClean range and enviroCare Sensitive Body & Hair Cleanser with 1 to 2 tablespoons of cold pressed virgin olive oil added to a 1 litre.  Do not use soap or shampoos with sodium lauryl sulfate.  Try our moisturiser (unscented) on affected areas.

Ross River Virus: Consult a specialist practitioner.  Practitioners recommend the enviro ranges that have no petrochemicals or harsh chemicals and no sulfate ingredients that add to chemical build up and toxicity within the human body.

S Top

Sanitiser: enviroClean Disinfectant. Dilute 20 to 1 (100 mls to two litres of water) for hospital strength or 80 to 1 (25 mls to 2litres of water) for domestic strength.

Sensitive Skin: enviroCare Sensitive Body & Hair Cleanser replaces soap and shampoo.  If skin or scalp is dry add 1 - 2 tablespoons of cold pressed virgin olive oil to a 1 litre bottle.  Shake well. Do not use products with sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate or petrochemicals (such as sorbalene). enviroCare moisturiser (unscented) is excellent for face, hands and body.

Shampoo: enviroCare Body & Hair Cleanser or enviroCare Sensitive Body & Hair Cleanser.   If dry scalp or hair condition is dry, add 1 - 2 tablespoons cold pressed virgin olive oil to a 1 litre bottle. Like to use essential oils? Add 10 drops of your favourite to a 1 litre container of enviroCare Sensitive Body & Hair Cleanser. Shaving Sensitive Body & Hair Cleanser. Add 1 tablespoon of pure virgin olive oil to a 1 litre container (shake well).  

Silk: enviroCare Body & Hair Cleanser. 1 capful to a sink of tepid water, hand wash, rinse thoroughly in clean cool water. Add a capful of enviroClean Fabric Conditioner to final rinse.  Hang out of sunlight.

Soap: Replace with enviroCare Body & Hair Cleanser or enviroCare Sensitive Body & Hair Cleanser.   If dry add 1 - 2 tablespoons cold pressed virgin olive oil to a 1 litre bottle. Like to use essential oils? Add 10 drops of your favourite to a 1 litre container of enviroCare Sensitive Body & Hair Cleanser.

Stains On Clothes: enviroClean Vigor.  Full strength dabbed on stained or lightly soiledgarments.  Dilute (to a 1 litre spray bottle add 200mls of enviroClean Vigor fill with water). Spray directly onto stain, rub gently and put into normal wash cycle OR soak overnight in machine or bucket with enviroClean Laundry Powder & Pre-Soaker (see nappies).

T Top

Tiles: see floors.

Toilets: enviroClean Disinfectant. Pour 50 mls (one quarter cup or 2 to 3 cap fulls), into a 1 litre spray bottle and fill with water. Spray directly onto seat, bowl and cistern wipe off with a clean cloth. For stains in bowl, try sprinkling stain with enviroClean Laundry Powder & Pre-Soaker and leave overnight.

W Top

Walls: enviroClean Vigor as for floor tiles.

Washing Clothes:   

Coloureds and general washing: 1 to 3 capfuls  enviroClean Liquid Laundry in top loading washing machine.      

Whites and stains: 1 to 2 tablespoons enviroClean Laundry Powder & Pre-Soaker. Soak overnight in the washing machine & simply turn the machine on in the morning.  

No time to soak? enviroClean Vigor (1 cup to a litre bottle and fill with water). Spray onto stains before placing in washing machine. OR enviroClean Liquid Laundry dabbed directly onto the stain. 

Woollens, Silk, Lingerie, Handwashing:  enviroCare Body & Hair Cleanser  (see laundry).  

Static in clothes!  1 to 3 capfuls enviroClean Fabric Conditioner in the final rinse.

Watering: If using only enviroClean products with no chlorine or bleach, all grey water  (waste) used on gardens eliminates many pests and cuts down water usage.

Windows:enviroClean Vigor. Add 1 capful to a 1 litre spray bottle and fill with hot water. Spray onto outside windows & fly screens, brush with soft broom. Hose off. Dry window with squeegee blade, scrunched newspaper or clean dry cloth. Inside windows after spraying, dry with scrunched newspaper.
