Refried Beans - GF VE
GF=gluten free DF= dairy free EF= egg free VE=vegan
Ingredients
- Amy's Refried beans 2 tins serves 4 (nice 'n easy!)
- Greens of some sort - spinach, kale, silverbeet or chopped broccoli
- chopped onion
- Olive oil
Method
- Tip 2 cans of refried beans into pot
- Add greens eg. spinnach, chopped kale leaves (not stalks), coriander etc
- Heat till greens just cooked or stir through and let sit to soften
- Add the olive oil and stir through (amount depends again on your taste)
